Rock Opera Auditions are NEXT WEEK (Wed., Feb 29th at 7pm)

Post by Roy Janik »

Hey everybody,

Save the date!

Sorry for the short notice, but auditions for the Hideout's next mainstage, an improvised Rock Opera, are next Wednesday, Feb. 29th, at 7pm.

It's directed by Kacey Samiee and Michael Brockman, and it's going to be epic and ridiculously fun.

Email Kacey at kaceysamiee@yahoo.com to secure an audition spot. Unless you hear otherwise, get to the Hideout around 6:45pm to fill out an information sheet.

Also, it's no coincidence that Brockman and Kacey are teaching an essential elective in musical improv this week. Get your feet wet ahead of time ( http://www.hideouttheatre.com/classes/e ... lelectives )

I'd always wondered why a rolling peal of thunder always preceded Andy's arrival in the Hideout. Mystery solved!

If I weren't so insanely busy I'd be auditioning for this.

singing in improv is dumb anyway. i'm certainly not going to try out, and neither should anyone else who is similar to me in castability in any way, shape or form...

Really wanted to audition, but considering that I'm now occupied on Wednesday evenings...bleah...

I'd audition, but I think I'm banned from singing on stage. Fools.
