Kevin, I enthusiastically suggest that you make each day a new thread on the forum in the events section. I think any concerns that that would be cluttered or obnoxious are far outweighed by the awesomeness of having a daily consolidated events schedule and the unwieldiness of this one long thread.

Definitely a possibility, though I would probably make it a sub-forum of Events. For now, I like Andy's idea a lot.
