Oh, hello! I'll be moving to your fine city next month and I'm interested in jumping into an acting class (and probably an improv class) right away. Any suggestions?

There are a lot of great places to take improv classes.

One of the links in Roy's note above is to the State Theatre School of Acting. They have excellent scene study classes at all levels, from beginners to advanced.
