I don't know why I didn't think of this in the first place before I said veggie tray but i'm a manager at Chili's and I can bring party platter versions (for free!!!) of anything on our menu. If anyone has any suggestions or request, please let me know. If not, i'll just bring a medley of food (appetizers/sandwiches of sorts) :)

I'm trying to figure out how to bring potstickers....

Hmmm, would chili be a weird thing to bring? Probably too hearty for a Same Year's Eve party.

I just want to throw some stuff in a crockpot, but I'll think of something.

Fine, I'll bring chili. Fair warning, it's the opposite of vegetarian and vegan. Here's a preview of some ingredients in my recipe I affectionately and appropriately call triple-meat beer chili to show what I mean:

1 ½ pounds ground pork
½ pound ground beef
½ pound of bacon (six thick-sliced bacon strips)
2 can kidney beans
2 can black beans
1 bottle of Abita Amber beer

Someone else make sure to bring disposable bowls and spoons then.

This is the easiest, and since I already apparently agreed (after you told me I volunteered) to make cupcakes, I'll whip these together no problem!

Just kidding, I totally forgot I volunteered! I make too many things all the time. I need a cupcake calendar.

Halyn, how exactly is it that you do not have a cupcake calendar?
The silver knives are flashing in the tired old cafe. A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee. She says "My body is the life; my body is the way." I raise my arm against it all and I catch the bride's bouquet.

I can make more chocolate cherry mice. Now, with caramel brains!

Correction: Running out of time today working on uncompleted projects. No party for me tonight. See you all next year!
