Hey everyone, my friend is looking to move from Round Rock to central Austin. If anyone has a lease ending soon or knows of something, please let me know. Here's his list of preferences:

> -1 bedroom
> -Complex or private is fine
> -$800/month or less
> -must have working heating & AC
> -must have fridge and range/oven
> -if no washer/dryer or washer/dryer hookups, then must be very close to a
