AIC Potluck Planners Needed!

Thank you to the volunteers that have contacted me thus far. We're building an email thread to discuss planning and execution of the event. Val will be the main contact person because A) she's awesome B) she's the potluck founder and C) just because.

If I'm going, likely Roy will, too. He has a photo device and can therefore photograph so Bolden can be in the photo!

I would like to help set up or clean up or slop the hogs or whatever it is you need help with. Just boss me around, I am used to it!!

I'm rounding up a clean-up crew for the potluck. Who wants to be on my crew? Five lucky volunteers. That's what I need. There probably won't be matching jumpsuits, but there will definitely be dancing with brooms. We're going to make the Institution shine like the top of the Chrysler Building!

Unfortunately, I will be out of town, so I will miss this glorious gathering.

The assistance I can provide is this:

The photographer is usually doomed to not be in the picture. I have a wireless, long-range remote control for Canon cameras (Nikon, you can suck it!) that I would be happy to lend to one of our photographers for that night. That way, nobody will be left behind (the lens).

Hit me up if you have need for this.
