FANCY Pants - Nov. 4th
Hello wonderful and delightful improvisers! Ruby here, and I'm super excited because Fancy Pants is quickly approaching! I would love for YOU to come and play. Grab your dresses, grab your suits and sign up!
I love Fancy Pants because it's a delightful show for any improviser no matter their current level of experience or improv background. Just been doing improv for a few months and haven't been on stage yet? This is the perfect show for you! Love to just do scenes from nothing? Come sign up and PLAY! Does the alphabet game destroy you everytime but you love it anyway? Come out and practice it with us! And the best part??? You are guaranteed two lovely chances to play.
Call time for Fancy Pants is Friday, November 4th at 7pm! The show is at 8pm! Fancy attire mandatory!
Please sign up with your name (because I will have no idea who bluebot2382 is) and what your experience level and theater affiliation is. I will post the cast list this Tuesday.

Hello, my name is Thedward and I am an improvisor.
My Improv Adventure started about two years ago. I have taken numerous classes at the Hideout and am halfwayish through my first class with Merlin Works.
Not counting graduation shows, I've played in Maestro , The Derby, with Happy Butter and in FANCY PANTS!
I would like to be fancy again!

Hello, my name is Brad and I'm an improviser. I spell it differently than Thedward does.
I have been through five levels at the Hideout and I am currently taking the master class at the Institution. I have been in troupes including Three Hot Chicks, the Walk Ons, Who Dack?, the Puppet Improv Project, Two Man Polanski, and Franz & Dave, and the shows Family Tides and Magna Veritas. My new troupe is called Goat.
I have pants that are fancy, and I would like to play.

The silver knives are flashing in the tired old cafe. A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee. She says "My body is the life; my body is the way." I raise my arm against it all and I catch the bride's bouquet.

Hello, my name is Ryan and I'm an improviser.
I spell it both ways, though I lean towards the "e" version.
I am just about to complete level 3 at the hideout. (Showcase this Sunday!) I have played in Fancy Pants twice. I have played in the lottery once. (Not drawn from the hat, but recruited for the lottery troupe!) I did a level 2 showcase. I have played the minion in Nightmare Video Project. I do improvised commercials for the Buffy Teen Angst Tuesday show.
Most importantly, my improv career is so young that I can still name absolutely every performance I've ever been in. I guarantee you that Brad Hawkins couldn't do that.
I have a variety of fancy pants and such, and I would love to play.
Also, there's a good chance I won't have my broken foot boot on by the time this show rolls around. That would be highly fancy from my perspective.

hello
Hello, my name is Cat. I just had surgery, and am under the influence of vicodin. If I remember correctly, I am an improvisor. Dont remember how I spell it. I'll be done with level 3 at the hideout by the time this fancy pants comes along, and I would absolutely loooove to be part of it. I'll wear fancy pants. Oh. And I will be off narcotics by the time of the show.
Pleeeeeeease pick me.

Hi, I am Vicki and I am anxiously awaiting the beginning of my level 5 class at the Hideout. I have nothing broken and I have not had any surgeries in quite some time now. But I do have some new fancy pants that I would love to have an excuse to wear...and there is no place better to wear them than to a Fancy Pants Mash Up.
Please may I play so I can wear my new fancy pants??
PS....do you know how hard it is to type when you have both a dog and a laptop in your lap?

Edit: I must relinquish my pants for the time being. Get somebody else in the show.

Hello,
My name is Jen Blair, and I am an improvisor.
I love fancy clothes and have completed three levels of study at The Institution. I have appeared in several improvised and/or quasi-improvised feature films, as well as one (1) quasi-improvised national teevee show.
November is an exciting time, filled with wonderful party dresses. I am giddy with anticipation at the prospect of wearing one in the show next Friday.
Smooches!
