The Brand New Theatre Co. is moving to a new studio space in November but will not start offering classes until January 1st. If you can make use of the space before we fill it up with our students we would love to have you.
The rental rate is $15 to $20/ hour (prices vary depending on demand for the timeslot). There will still be a limited number of timeslots available for rental after our classes begin in January so if you are looking for a long-term rehearsal space we may be able to work that out.
We'd love to tell you more about the space. Just reply to this post to let us know who you are.

Hi Sara,
The studio is located at 8701 W. Parmer Ln. It will open in November so, unfortunately I can't offer an opportunity to view it. You can watch this video on youtube. It will give you a general idea of how the space looks (just ignore the part where I'm talking about putting in a wall. I'm not 100% sure I will choose to do that because I don't know if I want to take up a large portion of the teaching space): http://www.youtube.com/watchv=1Z1NAYuxF ... ug&index=3
I'm rebuilding BNTC from scratch because I shut it down when I moved to London in 2009 and I'll only just be getting started again here in the US this Fall. As a result, the studio offers an extremely simple set up. The space is 823 square feet. It is a storefront space in a small shopping strip that is attached to a large apartment complex called the Artisan. At this time the space comes with very few amenities (i.e. open room, air conditioning, lots of free parking...that's pretty much it).
In spite of the studio's simplicity, a number of people have expressed interest in offering classes there. That means that rent during peak times (2pm to 8pm weekdays and all day/evening on weekends) will probably be around $20.
That's the basic run-down. I hope it's helpful to you. Feel free to check us out at www.brandnewtheatreco.com
Thanks for your interest,
Kara
