Just now catching this (thanks for the bump Regina). Good on you, man. Not to make you feel bad, but I remember a thread from a couple of years ago (before I was really back into improv) where others called you out on your social failings that affected your ability to be involved in the community. I bring that up only to highlight how much you must have improved simply to ask this question of the group. And your tech skills are absolutely impeccable, sometimes stunningly so. It's always a treat to have you in the booth.
I've progressed from being extremely socially awkward and introverted to… uh… being average amounts of those things. I've learned how to be outgoing without being overbearing or (hopefully) annoying. It'd be an interesting discussion to talk through the process with you—and really I don't think we've ever had a conversation anyway. I wouldn't charge you money, I'd just make you pay for the beer. Send me a message if you're interested, no offense whatsoever if not.
