Yeah, I'm only seeing 6. It's probably an issue of whether or not your songs are in the Spotify database.
I think the same is true for Luis's list. I've noticed if you've loaded local tracks, Spotify might have the song its database but with different metadata. It might be worth searching for missing songs hiding in a slightly different guise (slightly different track name spelling, on an album compilation, etc.) I did that with some of the songs I added that are on different anthologies.

Yeah there's some weirdness with the local/non-local files. I'd intentionally found tracks that were not greyed out, which hopefully means they are in Spotify's library (not just mine) and would play for others. And then in doing so, it associated tracks I had locally with tracks in it's database, though in one case erroneously. I had that Moondog track on my hard drive so when i played it locally it played that track, but I just now went back to the playlist on a different pc (where I don't have that track locally) so the version that plays from their library is some dude scratchin records over Moondog. Booo. Removed.

These mixes are awesome btw! More more more!

Looks like my missing tracks are:

A Sailor's Life - Fairport Convention
Lyric - Mekons
Love Song - Spoon (cover of The Damned song)

Y'all can fill in from your own libraries, okay?

I'm trying to sign up for Spotify, but it looks like I either need to get invited or pay $5. Can someone invite me? Or tell me to pay $5?

I've sent Andy an invite.

The invite thing must be very new, because I've only had my account for less than a month and I didn't need one of those.

If you paid from the get go, you didn't need an invite. There were some workarounds to getting enrolled, but essentially 90% of the people who use the free service needed to get invited in.

Apparently you don't need an invite in the UK! I hope my account is still valid in the US.

Don't worry Valerie, it works. I got my account when I was studying in Sweden, and when spotify came stateside, I just switched my location.

You don't need an invite at all. It says you do, but if you just click through, you sign up without a problem.

So...since I'm subscribed to other's AIC playlists, now when they are changed I will see the changes.

Kind of a long-term sharing scenario. We can add and remove stuff from our playlists and we'll see the changes.

Nifty.
