iO's Craig Uhlir! Summer Group Scenework Workshop!

GROUPWORK WORKSHOP
Thursday June 30th. 6-10 PM @
Messiah Lutheran Church (a mere three blocks from ColdTowne)
5701 Cameron Road, Austin, TX 78723-2437

Lets work on your groupwork with a groupwork workshop! Run with the herd instead of being stampeded! Come and explore ideas on how you can actively play in group games more consistently. Group exercises that will help you understand and engage others during those big group scenes or weird organic games that come seemingly outta nowhere. Simple tools to help you access and react to the larger group mind more successfully. I can help you understand some of the mechanics going on during your group improv work.

Craig Uhlir has been improvising for over 15 years and has tons of group improv experience. Craig plays regularly at iO in chicago in the groups Deep Schwa and Middle Age Comeback and has toured and performed for Second City in Las Vegas. Craig teaches improv at both iO and Second City in Chicago since 2003. Craig is way too into this.

$30.00 per person. Limit: 16 students

Seriously. Do this. I had Craig as a teacher for several different levels at iO Chicago, and I'm pretty sure you'll be sad if you miss this opportunity to work with him. He is a delightful bundle of joy and loudness and genius.

Seriously, SIGN UP.

I've had this boner for FOUR CLASSES at Second City and iO.

He will teach you up good and right. Austin is lucky to have him!
