By Saturday, I should be off crutches and itching to play a Maestro again! Count me in!
The silver knives are flashing in the tired old cafe. A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee. She says "My body is the life; my body is the way." I raise my arm against it all and I catch the bride's bouquet.

I had knee surgery on Tuesday. Hopefully I'll be up and around soon.

I'd like to play. Especially after giving tech a shot last week, I'd like to be there and pay closer attention to lights and sound. David gave me the good note that I could let sound fade in and out more gradually, and sometimes even let it fade down as the first lines of the scene are played.... so I'd like to get the playing practice and also have a chance to hear how others work that tech booth mojo.
