Hey Guys!

I just wanted to put it out into the improv grapevine that I'm looking for a room or efficiency in the $450-$500 range, in a great location. Location is probably the most important thing to me. It can be run down as long as I can walk to a cafe or bar.

My old landlord has a bunch of apartments within walking distance to lots of cool places.
