You know, principals and other authority figures can often exacerbate various anxiety disorders. Then again, so can pushy salesmen who haven't completed their ESL courses.

Lower your standards of what counts as a good thing to say. Stop internally monitoring and evaluating your thoughts as cool or uncool. Just relax and say whatever comes to mind.
