I noticed I have written in my calendar that the AIC was to have it's barbeque awards party this Sunday afternoon. Hm. That's not happening, right? Should we bring bbq to our meeting?

since i wont be at the meetign today, i wanted to provide an update on the financial junk.

i deposited and transferred the AIC money to the prosperity account (based on the numba andy gave me earlier this week) on friday.

there are several additional weeks that have not been deposited that i will deposit when andy and i are able to cross paths next.

everything else should reference the 3 page balance sheets and coverpage i tacked up in the green room from last weeks (postponed) meeting.

here is the real agenda for today's meeting. it has been reupdated to reflect the changes suggested in this thread. the president discussion has been replaced by a "what is the aic" discussion. i'll bring copies to the hideout.

ps i dreamt last night that i hadn't had time to update the agenda and was really upset about it.
