Fitzgeralds For Hire - December Threefer Headliner

Post by kaci_beeler »

Join us for improvised rollicking tales of adventure and danger featuring that notorious glamor couple of the Jazz Age, F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald. We posit an alternative history in which all the renowned artists and authors of the modernist age were fully involved in the political machinations of the 1920s and 30s.
Due to their lavish lifestyle, the Fitzgeralds are out of money again, and ready for hire as spies, saboteurs, and assassins.

December 2, 9, 16, and 23 in the Thursday $3 Threefer at the Hideout Theatre!
Tickets at: http://www.hideouttheatre.com/shows/thethreefer

lol! i love it! oddly, i'm working on a similar idea for a story, only it takes place in turn of the century England. ;) so can't wait to see your take on it!

is their arch nemesis Ernest "Pop Pop" Hemingway, world's greatest assassin? i mean, we know of at least one confirmed kill of his in our timeline...:P

Hemingway would be a great villain, since everything he represents is succumbing to the will of the conservation and feminist movements.

What a great idea.

This show was amazing last night, kind of like a demented take on Nick and Nora from The Thin Man Series.

And, yes, Hemingway was a character, and, yes, Hemingway was amazing.
First of all:
I am tired.
I am true of heart!

And also:
You are tired.
You are true of heart!

Show summary??

I want Curtis to get a fake Tommy Gun, please. More fake guns!! and Knives!! and bottles of poison. All stored and toted around in a black velvet bag -- like all gangsters use. I will make said bag if necessary.

Kaci ought to have one of those hidden ankle pistols. And then oddly, a great big bandalero belt of bullets over each shoulder.

The Best of Fest SHow was HI-LARIOUS.

Seriously. The tech crew working it was amazed, I was amazed, the audience nearly died.

I'm really happy I got to see this.
