One of the Rubies

Hey All!

Well I guess it's high time that I filled one of these out. I know a bunch of the HideOut folks but I hope to get to know more of the community.

As for me, I took a few years off after high school and worked in California with at-risk youth. In a reading intervention after-school program, I taught a classroom of 24 WONDERFUL first graders, and then for the next year was the supervisor of one of our tutoring programs. In short, the entire experience was life-changing and gave me a great perspective and appreciation for...everything.

Started doing improv in August after I saw a Pgraph show!

Thought it would be a good balance to my new life as a student at UT (I tend to get a bit serious and focused). I LOVE IT and I'm so happy to have found such an awesome community.

Alright that's it! Hope to see you guys more and more and more! I work at the HideOut on Thursday so everyone should try to get into the Thursday Threefer.

Ruby also defeated me in psychic combat to win her very first Maestro...which, as anyone who's faced me in psychic combat can tell you, is no easy feat to accomplish. she is a force to be reckoned with.
