well, the chron review was kind of a very strange combination of glowing praise and adoration follwed by an adament "don't go see this."

at least the good parts are quotable...

and many thanks to erika for her review in teh austinist as well. it means a lot to us that people who can get us press coverage came out to take a critical eye on the thing.

hey, one man's trash is another man's kazillionaire*
come see the briliant parts and close your eyes for the parts brenner didn't like.

I'd like to piggy back on Jeremy's thankyou to Erica. That was a very nice little piece about the Foolish Mortals show. I hope it will bring us an audience on Aug. 25th.

You are the best!!!!

well, tonight we played around with some stuff and cut some stuff that wasn't working, shortened some stuff that felt long, and i think the show really improved. we were more relaxed and kind of challenged by brenner's review.
so if you haven't seen it and you've been wondering what all the fuss is about, c'mon down. it's only five dollars for you improv kids.

Of the parts of this I've seen before and the parts I caught last week, this show should be completely worth your time.

Go see it!

And of course see Cops and Lawyers at your first opportunity as well.

In fact, sneak back and forth between these two shows tonight.

well, k* is over and it was a great experience. i just want to use this space to thank every one that let us borrow things or came to see the show. your support is invaluable.
and a big ups to you, me, and greg for being our tech crew. they brought a lot to the show and were great to work with.
we're going to submit to the next schedule for some kazillioprov* and plan for another sketch type show some time in the winter.

thanks again,
