Looking for cast

Post by Uptownmarblefalls »

Hello,
My name is Marco, and I've recently taken over operations of the old theatre in Marble Falls, Tx, called the Uptown.
It's totally redone, green room, sound and light booth, a lobby that's also acts as a lounge .
My goal is to bring the theatre back to life, and hopefully bring some life to this wonderful little town, in the middle of the hill country.
Ok, il get to the point, I'm. Looking to do an improv night at the theatre, and if all goes well do it on a regular basis.
Stand up comedy would be good too!
Any help would be great, thank you
Marco

I'm sure we can get some folks to come together and do some shows! Also, contact The Oxymorons in SA.

Interesting road-trip opportunity. I'm sure you could find some troupes willing to make the voyage for a show. Happy to help once you get more specifics in mind (what evenings, how often, what the show consists of, etc).

Contact Brently Heilbron on Facebook, tell him happywaffle sent you. He's a great stand-up and host and could put you in touch with others. Ramin Nazer is another good stand-up contact.
