Plays Well With Others, second book or second edition?
I am requested to submit PWWO as a second edition. I'm lucky it has had good sales and has sold out of first printing. SOOO I am trying to decide if I want to do a second edition or just go straight for the second book in the series and leave simple little PWWO as it is for eternity. Or MAYBE do an ...

comedySportz needs video tech
This person needs to be able to improvise in the realm of throwing powerpoint-like slides together on the fly based on what is going on in the show. This amazing person will have to learn a new tech program proprietary to ComedySportz, it is a combination scoreboard and jumbotron.

curious about Austin or San Antonio ComedySportz?
We'll be having auditions sometime soon, or in some manner create a final cast list. Right now we're just playing with all experienced interested improvisers that we can, which has been a load of fun in and of itself. We've been playing 630s at Kick Butt, til Thanksgiving.

sketch, improv, or well structured?
We're not doing any sketch in this show, unless you consider rehearsed dance numbers to be sketch. There is lots of improv comedy. Owen and I do shows and write for a living and so we have honed our comedy skills and presentation and tech/road skills as much as our improv, the rest of the cast has ...

ready to go!
Last night was our first full tech run of the show. The show has lots of lighting and sound cues, some fast clothes changing, some machinery... It went quite well for a tech rehearsal and after one more night of tech practice we are ready to go! Of course ZACH gave us a great staff.

Les plays Well With Others at ZACH
Hi everyone! I'd love to hear from anyone about our improv show running at ZACH all month. We love the show. One of the messages in the show is that the public should take improv workshops at the Hideout and Coldtowne and elsewhere. Another message of the show is that improv can play the nicer ...
