I'm not in this show, but I love watching it. This is a show for improvisors. Especially those of you that are still going through classes. It's just really damn fun, and funny.

Hey all,

The Midnight Special is stopping at Coldtowne next Saturday. It's a free, open performance show. You get 2-5 minutes to try anything. Experimental pieces and weirdness are welcome. A 2-minute Harold? Sure. In the past we've had standup, sketch, singing, movement, screaming, drinking ...

These guys are some of my biggest influences. Midnight Society is a direct result of their work. You're lucky I'm not in town. That means there will be an extra spot. I can't say enough good things about either of them. Do yourself a favor.

Not sure if it's the best, but the compliments I'm most fond of go like this:

"I didn't notice you on stage. There was just this old man that needed to be in the scene."

What are the chances that we'll ever have viable city-wide rail in Austin? An elevated train seems like the perfect solution to our traffic woes.
