Definitely! When I've been in a coherent class, shows are way better and more fun than other performance opportunities. I want more of that!

I've heard a few people describing Austin's improv scene as format-centric. Does that mean a precise thing? What's the opposite of format-centric?

I've found an important corollary to "never be the best guy in the band/room/team/etc.": if you think you actually are smarter than everyone in the room, stop that . It just means there's some bias in your thought preventing you from seeing how someone else is wiser than you.
