Austin Improv

I can do anything that doesn't involve food any time that doesn't involve having to pay for parking cause I got no monies for that. I'm experienced with a camera if you are just looking for people who know how to use one as opposed to someone who might break it *glares angrily...you know who you are*

I'd like to think I can live up to the two exclamation points I put in the topic line. I graduated from college in May and up and moved to Austin. I've been doing improv arguably all my life. I started a troupe my freshman year of college and persisted to rehears three times a week for four years ...

My goto is to grab an object. This isn't so bad at first, it gives the scene some permanence but sometimes in a longform I'll realize I'm in my 4th scene in a row that got started from an object I brought on, oops.

Someone steps out and starts doing a really cool/interesting pantomime. Then scene partner walks out and says "no, you're doing it wrong, it's like this" and turns so much possibility into a strikingly lame teacher-student scene. *sigh*

Gregory Hernandez and Shane Gannaway. I'm new to Austin, he's lived here all his life, we've been working together in one capacity or another for 3 years now.

I'm still a bit rusty as I havn't gotten to play much in the past month or two but wouldn't mind getting back into the game with a bang. Sign me up where possible.
