Running for State Rep. (Srlsy) Meet & Greet Tues

Postby Brian Boyko » August 11th, 2013, 1:05 am

This is Brian Boyko.

Yes, the rumors are true. I have filed to run for State Representative in District 136, as a Democrat.

If you're interested, I'm going to have an open house on Tuesday the 13th, 7-10pm, at my place (message me for address & gate code).

This is a highly informal "meet the candidate" kind of deal. Figure it's kinda like a live AMA, slash fundraiser, and if asking the candidate questions and talking politics isn't entertaining enough, I've got You Don't Know Jack on the Xbox and a couple of board games, including Cards Against Humanity and Wits and Wagers.

I've got an ice tea maker, but that's about it - so feel free to bring your own libations. You can park in any uncovered space in the complex, or on the street.

Democrats, Independents, and moderate Libertarians are invited.

You MUST RSVP to attend by e-mailing . This is the candidate's personal domicile as well as campaign headquarters. I'll reply with the e-mail address and gate code.

Location is NW Austin near the Anderson Mill area.

Finally, The Stump gets used for stumping.

Good luck! You could hardly do worse than whichever Republican's in there. And I'm sure you'd do a lot better.
