Now that that's over...

Thanks to all who submitted. We had a ton of submissions this time around. Sorry for the delay.

I understand that your availability may have changed, so I'll do my best to accommodate such things quickly.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are no longer available for your timeslot. I will do my best to find a swap or replacement quickly.

Insider tip: If you did not get scheduled, an excellent way to get stage time is to come up with a crazy idea and submit to the free fringe at

CAST ATTENDANCE: The majority of your troupe must be at the show. If they cannot, let me know and we will either swap you into a different time-slot or find a replacement. If your troupe has 3 or less people, all of your members must be at the show.
CALL TIME: Call time is 45 minutes before the show's start time for all groups. Upon arrival, check in with the house manager and the tech person, even if you have no specific tech requirements.
The house managers have been instructed to take note of which groups arrive late and/or perform without a significant portion of their cast. This isn't meant to be threatening, but it's only fair that I schedule groups that want to be there and show up on time.

Now that that's out of the way, the schedule is here:

Please let me know as soon as possible if you have a conflict or I got something wrong.

Also, share all this information with the rest of your group.
