"I never thought I'd say this, but... Volume, Jordan!"
- Kareem Badr, Kenjutsu rehearsal, 1/22/14
The silver knives are flashing in the tired old cafe. A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee. She says "My body is the life; my body is the way." I raise my arm against it all and I catch the bride's bouquet.

His "things to do" in different countries.

"Have you been to Hitler's house? We must go!"

"It's France! They let you paint Napoleon's bones! Let's go!"

"The best thing to do in Australia? Well, that's to slice open a kangaroo, climb inside, then hop into a store and freak everybody out."

Alex is playing a kid who sees the creepy old Summer Camp owner again, after having escaped his clutches earlier in the story. It was sort of implied that the creepy old guy wanted to get touch-y with Alex:

Alex: "Are you a the creepy old guy, or are you his ghost?"

Mike Nystul (in a ghost voice): "Put your hand through me and find out...."

I lost my shit.
