They are not back to free posters, but they seem to be selling it rather cheap.

50 posters for $12.99 + tax
100 posters for $15.99 + tax

Holy shit, I feel embarrassed I ran around campus trying to Xerox B&W flyers.

I emailed them to ask about shipping and the person who replied said they think shipping is included in the price.

I asked if picking up the posters is a possibility, and got a most-cryptic response.

Sorry, we can’t do that due to a confidentiality requirement that we have with one of our largest customers

That's awesome if that's true that it's built in to the cost.

As to the picking up issue. That is cryptic. That really makes no sense. It seems like it would be better for everyone involved if you picked them up. They have a store-front, right?

I guess the only reason I can conceive is that they have a customer who prints a ton of stuff that you might see if you were to go in there that this customer doesn't want you to see.

Also, I can't seem to find a way to get to the page Asaf linked to from their main website. I could be just missing it, but is this a special deal?

I'm sure it's something stupid like "Dell paid us 15 bajillion dollars to print manuals for some half-assed attempt at an iPhone-killer and they don't want anyone to laugh at their ideas before capitalism sweeps them under the carpet."

Also, does that mean that the FedEx guy has to sign a confidentiality agreement to go near the building to pick up the packages I would like to just pick up myself? No, of course not. So why can't I pick up my print job from the same place that the FedEx guy would? Silly. Or I was communicating with a robot.

Maybe it's UPS?

But this is awesome news! I'm going to start designing posters then go create formats that will go with them.

I think their job comes with a built-in, all-purpose confidentiality agreement.

This is why we should ship more things in clear packaging - just to see if they tell anyone.

I smell a new thread. One that I am too lazy to go start myself.
